underwhelming stay despite location
malfunctioning ac bathroom mold
the location of the hotel were convienient, close to many attractions.
the room felt small and a bit stuffy. the a/c did not work properly, and i had ask for a fan. the bathroom had some mold, not expect in a hotel of this class.

the location was great it was easy to reach attractions. the staff provided helpful tips on local places. the hotel was near the train station.
my room felt small. the air conditioning did not seem strong enough. i noticed some noise from outside.

wonderful canal stay
attentive care healthy options interior courtyard best sleep
Alessandro greeted us warmly. It. michela and giacomo also provided very attentive care throughout our stay. the breakfast offered high-quality, healthy options, which i appreciated. i also enjoyed the lovely view of the interior courtyard. my sleep was the best i've had in a hotel.
the room was a little dark, i would have liked more light.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, really enhancing my experience. I really appreciated their attentiveness. the reception was efficient and they provided comprehensive information upon arrival. live and alessandro especially were cute.

breakfast included many portioned items, a detail i appreciated. there was much to choose from, so everyone should find something. fresh tea was served in a pot at the table, a nice touch. good breakfast!

The location was great for exploring. It was easy to reach different sites. a vaporetto stop is within a five-minute walk offering convenient access to the grand canal. there are many quality restaurants within walking distance too, useful.

the hotel has a beautiful building dating back to the 16th century? it is well maintained and clean. the rooms offer comfort. the hotel fixed a free taxi boat to murano to see glassworks, a nice touch.
